Our Goals
Guided by our mission, vision, and values, the Cranwell Family Foundation focuses on giving in the following broad areas:
Amplifying arts and culture in its broadest sense, locally and globally, by funding initiatives and programs that unite people from diverse backgrounds through creative expression.
Investing in community development initiatives, locally and globally, that equip and empower individuals and organizations within a community to come together to address common problems and improve their quality of life.
Advancing educational opportunities, locally and globally, that expand access to US higher education and study abroad for international students, refugees, and rural US students.
In each of these areas, we find individuals and organizations whose vision, mission, and values align with ours, and we invest in them and partner with them in a strategic and sustainable manner to advance and amplify their impact. (NOTE: We occasionally also provide support to other focus areas that fall outside of those outlined above.)
